Declaration of CE Conformity and Compliance with General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988

To bring products to market (or put them into service) for the first time and safely within the EU, the products must bear the CE marking in accordance with EU directives.
As a manufacturer and distributor, we declare with the CE marking that the product complies with the applicable requirements established in the relevant Community legislation concerning its application. By issuing this CE Declaration of Conformity, we assume responsibility for the conformity of the product with all requirements under the relevant Community legislation, including the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988.

Quality Control and Documentation

Compliance with and implementation of all standards listed in the CE Declaration of Conformity are professionally monitored, documented, and controlled. Continuous quality checks, from the order confirmation of new items to initial storage, confirm the safety and conformity of the items.

Additionally, technical documentation for all our articles is available. This documentation provides information about the design, manufacture, and operation of our products. The technical documentation includes risk assessments and durability testing, ensuring compliance with the essential requirements of both the CE directives and the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988.

All our suppliers are selected based on strict quality requirements. Contracts are only awarded when it can be ensured that a supplier meets all applicable safety and quality standards.
